Possibly a joke post there, but I did once, while sat waiting for an early morning coach at Edinburgh, find myself trapped beside a guy who delivered a monologue quite like this. His rant involved hitting people with motorbike chains, as I recall. The high likelihood of encountering somebody like that again is why I wouldn't be going into a park at night.
