  • Hello
I'm after a bike for a friend of mine who is 158cm!
    I would need something like a 48 I guess

Do it all bike (or frame only) wanted: commuter, road, travel.
    cross check/straggler/farradmanufaktur/croix de fer...

    Thanks in advance!

    Cosme

  • Budget? I have a small women's dolomite (this one https://www.evanscycles.com/pinnacle-dolomite-5-2017-women-s-road-bike-EV275642) which will be for sale soon. It is tubeless ready, has 32s with guards currently.

  • I’ve got this? Maybe a bit large, came up smaller than I thought it would.

I’ve got the frame set of this gathering dust in a 51ST, 53TT. Bought but turned out too short so swapped the parts over to a new frame and this has sat doing not much since.

Can probably find the wheels as well if you’re wanting them?

  • Update:
    Budget is around 600 pounds

  • I've got this Sirrus pro frameset (+stem and seatpost) in mint condition, there's a couple of minor cosmetic paint chips on the down tube otherwise superb.
Classified as a 51cm effective ST, but has an actual 44.5cm c-t, so you've got the height at the front but lower down top tube for the shorter person/shorter inside leg. Top tube is an effective 53cm.
Carbon forks and seat stays so she's pretty light but very sturdy - my partner, son and myself have all had these versions of the Sirrus/Globe with the part alu/carbon frames.
Takes about a 38mm tyre at the rear, significantly wider at the front, 3 sets of cage mounts std threaded BB shell, rack/guard mounts.
Obviously V/Canti pegs but I run Mini Vs with Ultegra drops on my Globe pro and love them and if running flats then there's more braking than you'll need with a decent v brake set up (my commuter Globe I used in the Alps with Avid 3s)
If needed I have a set of new mini Vs and a lightly used 5800 STI group I can offer up in addition (minus dual pivots).

If of interest I'd like £185 collected from N.Herts or £200 posted via Parcelforce.
below is how she was built up before we were going to convert it as a touring rig.
