It's a great car, I've been in touch with the dealer I bought it from and he's offered me £1700 to buy it back. I'm away until Tuesday so if it's not gone by then I'll take him up on the offer so £1650 would buy it until then.

Very boring question. I've just bought car insurance for the first time in years (I've had specialist commercial van insurance in the mean time) and the cheapest policy was one of those admiral ones with a black box to monitor you're driving. Is there anything I really should or really shouldn't be doing to try and get a higher rating to get a discount?

Also, thanks for everyone's advice on which estate car to buy, I totally ignored and went for a Volvo V70. I really like it and I think I got a bit of a bargain. What's the youngest you can be and still be considered middle aged?
