I am booked in to visit the Miele experience showroom.
Honestly I have no idea what this is and why, but my kitchen designer recommends it and I have nothing better to do that day and I always enjoy a good sales patter.
I really don't think of appliances as being much more than cupboards... cupboards to make things cold, cupboards to make things very hot, cupboards to make things wet, and cupboards to make things wet and dizzy.
