I sold an iPad mini 4 to a forumenger about a month ago. It appears that it is regularly turning off even though it is showing charge. This did not happen when I owned it.
Whenever I sell something on the forum I like to offer to provide a refund if the item is faulty. How can they identify what is causing the shut downs? I'd like to rule out a software glitch before refunding their cash.
