Still available, yes. Complete bike, no. It's the frame and forks + SR Royal crankset + Miche adjustable bottom bracket + Tange headset - currently has a basic quill stem and long seatpost attached which can come with it if wanted. I also have some basic track drops that I can include so all you'd need to ride away is wheels + pedals (although I do have some I can throw in) + a chain + a saddle (again,
I have one I can include) to ride it away.
