I saw someone on a fixed gear bike, front brake only, with bullhorns and 23c gatorskins yesterday.

Was a time-warp back to 2010 obviously.

I spotted the same today! He was wearing bib shorts and a short sleeve jersey, with his only nod to the cold being some watermelon-themed arm warmers.
