It seems Peter Andre is patient zero for Covid-19, and it's recommended you do not touch him or take self portraits with him.

Was involved in the London prep too. Was quite interesting/strange to someone not involved in that background. No talk of field hospital but field freezers (trailer units) to hold the bodies. the problem of field hospitals is finding the staff for them.

Is this like climate change discussion? ;) Shall we get some mice and have a science off :P
Find the Spanish flu fascinating, and watch and read on the science stuff on it.

Can you start providing citations for all these claims. From your post history you're either the world's most interesting man, or a huge bullshitter.

Is there any point of washing your hands as you are touching the handles when people haven't washed? Also how the hands are dried.

I was employed at the property department at the London Borough of Lambeth. One of the tasks was finding sites for council services hence involved in parts of the prep. Even was advanced CRB checked as part of a job was photographing schools when kids weren't there.
Suspect I am easily bored/distracted and come from an interesting family.
EDIT: Thinking about it maybe because I know where all the old nuclear bunkers are in Lambeth and its environs ;)
EDIT2: What citations would you like?

The idea of calling up retired doctors is an interesting one as, due to gender inequalities of the past, it is likely that the preponderance of retired doctors are male and old. Couple these risk factors with the high incidence of contagion and death among medical professionals and the NHS pension bill could be greatly reduced.

One of the points that I feel that you are overlooking or not answering with the flu pandemic of the early 20th century that the auto immune over reaction deaths of other wise non immuo deficient populous.
Can we agree on this as a fact?

Think that you are over playing my role. It was in answer to JCB to bury bodies, as the bodies have to be stored before they are buried as bodies not stored properly become a health hazard.
If you are interested I can discuss my role in trying to reduce class sizes in Lambeth which was building schools for the future and became Labour spending lots of money.

Well, no, because I don't have any real knowledge of Spanish flu apart from reading a couple of books so I'm not equipped to agree on facts. Was just making the point that experts in the field are still divided on the detail.

Someone with the virus visited my office last week. Safe.
