Yeah they're back in and its just as rattly as before. Reckon I might see what the heads are saying and if it's not horrendous, might just lump some manual tensioners in there. It's a 650, it's not going to rip the chain apart.

There is a way to force the tensioner to extend a bit..I think. Or putting a couple of washers some where in the tensioner can't remember if it was the sv tensioner

Not sure it's the SV. After taking the ratchet spring out, the rod doesn't seem to have any way of extending beyond the machined stop.

@Jung Want to send me a couple from your side of the pond if I paid you? Can't seem to find any for a K5+ on this side.
