The guy chucked his bike in the face of Debusschere, cutting his wrist with the chain ring, while another rider on the deck got hit by it too. The daft prick then gets dq'd and feels entitled to rip his race numbers up for the cameras, incurring a littering fine in the process...
And yet, apparently "most of what he is accused of happens day in day out in pro racing and it’s just an opportunity to trot out more click bait."
