As many have asked via PM these wheels have been previously fitted (without any prob) with:
panaracer pasela 38
wtb nano 42
Having these setup as tubeless is not something that I can tell you. Following youtube, you can actually setup tubeless even a wheelbarrow...but this is at your own risk!
