1). The health impact on family, friends and colleagues. One point of relief is that it appears to have mild or no impact on children, though I worry as my eldest son in particular frequently suffers from chest infections. I also worry in particular about my parents and parents-in-law, my sister and brother-in-law, as I fear they may be more at risk.
2). If draconian quarantine / containment measures are introduced in the UK at some stage, how my family will manage
3). The general impact on people worldwide who are suffering from this already, as well as those who will in future
4). The unknowns of the long term impact of the virus on health and how it may mutate

I may be going round in circles, but I do think it is important for ordinary people to think about how things may evolve, because groundswell of opionion ultimately puts pressure on government to act. I don't get the impression of government leadership on this issue, though no doubt there is significant contingency planning happening in the background.
What is the government strategy? Is it containment or is it accepting a widespread epidemic is inevitable? Will the Prime Minister start making frequent press conferences on planning?
