Ex-team bike. A bit battered but paid a reasonable price. Only changed the stem so far (seemed like the right choice for this frame and bar tape). Need to swap out the tyres and saddle, and add pedals and cages. And weigh the thing too.
Edit: All done, apart from the saddle.
