interesting, one must wonder if it is lip service and normal service will continue under the rader. As was the case with CFCs. That first image is pretty horrible.

Also, one must wonder why this did not happen after SARS.

Cultural differences aside, it must be embarrassing for the Chinese government.

The worst thing is that American-style headline where they use a comma because they apparently can't be bothered to type "and". /bugbear
