We had a good lol about this in our coronavirus incident management group at work today I can tell you! If they were "utilizing (sic) the guidance of international and local health authorities" they wouldn't have sent anyone home. They've had someone tested, that's all. Public Health England would not have advised them to send all their staff home on the basis of that.
