This is bollocks! From that angle the mech looks all fucked up. You'd have thought they'd have checked it worked and packed it up properly.

That's not just a hanger. Mech looks bent.
Could have happened in transit to be fair. Hopefully they send new hanger and mech and pay the lbs fee.
Though depending how it was packaged I'd wonder if the frame took a shove too and be a bit concerned.
Perhaps rejection is best.

Rigid on-one whippet arrived today, broken!
Looks like either the mech hanger or rear mech are busted, it won't select the largest 3 cogs, or the smallest 2 cogs on the cassette, and the ones in the middle are rough af. When I adjust the mech to go into 3rd from largest, the mech is smashing the rear wheel spokes. I've gotten in touch with them using their awful chat because they apparently don't have phone lines anymore, and although the mech looks like a banana, they're adamant it's unlikely the mech will fail.
It's been a piss poor experience dealing with them to-date, so hopefully for them the hanger fixes it and I don't have to kick up a stink to get a new mech too.
