Tissot is a possible, need to have a look at some in a shop. The Seikos are nice but a bit similar to a couple of Seiko 5s that I already own (and I guess do fulfil my criteria).
Has anyone got the Timex Q? I like the look of them but haven't seen one in a shop yet to judge what it's like.

Harder to find now but Seiko Sarb033 is a nice dressier option, which works on a bracelet, smart strap or a more casual strap to change the look:
