Good for you, it's still overpriced if you want over £900 for the frameset only.

With respect, I'd argue that what they said was constructive and useful to anyone not to be taken in for poor excuses for overpricing an old used frame that can be bought for a lot less.
There are long established forum norms. People have overpriced before & othe members pointed out cheaper newer and in those instances most people just adjusted their prices accordingly without getting defensive.
You're still free to overprice ridiculously however you want. But ultimately this is a forum, a community, expect for people to chime in when something pops up that is bit off or is priced wrongly. It's helpful for the wider community.

Oh come on. Scarcity of offers of a specific size only works as an argument for a higher price if people actually really really want that specific frameset. Otherwise, there's plenty of options out there that compare well to this type of frame, but don't necessarily cost close to £1k used.
