I posted about this in another part of the forum but here seems more appropriate. I’m looking for some help regarding my KG 251. The seat tube/post won’t move up or down even when i’ve loosened the screw on the side. It does turn from left to right a bit but not very much. Any ideas? Much appreciated.

Does anyone have a ZED crank bearing puller I could borrow?

I’ve asked before, but the best I’ve found is Bespoke who have one and know how to use it.

he relocalized upon retiring and started some sort of coaching/training camp in thailand. I know i have seen pics or videos of him on a huez ( not this one exactly ! ) . Just an annoying character, the french Valverde if you like.
