I'm really not bothered about the colour, it's the premium paint job and I'm happy with it. It's available in the country in April rather than October or November, and I intend to keep this car a very long time by which point everything will have depreciated to the same low value and the battery will be dead.

Funnily enough it was quite controversial at the times; some people thought there should be no place for a thread about cars on a bike forum. What those people might think of some of the directions it's gone in is anyone's guess. Actually, I've had the thread on ignore since I created it. I'm sure it includes a wide range of views, colourways and price points.

Best choice was the Gunmetal for the Qashai. Looks better the more shit it has on it.
Worst choice was white for the Fiat 500.

I always thought that white cars depreciate faster than other colourways but apparently they actually hold their value better than average.
However, I have been told by Uber drivers that if you're in the market for a Toyota Prius or similar Uber car the white ones are always cheaper to lease, which is why you see so many white Prius's on Uber duties.
The only white cars you saw when I was growing up were ex-po po that had been sold at auction.
I'm sure it will hold its value very well in Essex anyway. Or Solihull.
