Yep. Used to walk regularly between an office at Waterloo and one in Southwark.

Those Citroen’s don’t look like they have moved for years .. a local landmark ..
So how does it get to stay parked , I thought you needed an MOT

Some of them do move. One seems to be used as a builders van.

They do move, they are fully legal as if they weren't they would have been towed/clamped.
