No I dont want to be slow, it makes my life hard to catch up. But I've been ill recently and I didnt know how my body would respond so I had to start cautious, incase i was still running low. And i lost some fitness being ill so my speed wasnt the same.
Had noticed you started 'conservative', but thought it was a TCR kind of tactic.
On a side-note, just dipped into the race podcasts and they are good.
