Does anyone know which metal mudguards will fit over 650x44 gravel kings? I know sometimes the manufacturers are a bit conservative about how bigger tyres will fit.

GB's I used the ones for 26"

I have GBs on another bike with 42mm hetres but there's not much room to spare. The hetres measure 42mm but the 44mm gravel kings measures about 46/47mm in real life.
I just saw that velo orange have some wider ones but I'm not sure they'll measure up to the GB quality.
Also Honjo but they are ££££ -

I've got a set of the 52mm VO Zeppelins, fitted recently and I really rate the quality next to GB ones. They do 58mm wavey ones as well, but they are twice the price of the GB ones you can find on eBay.

You know GB do 26" in 50mm and 60mm? I used to use the 50's with 47mm tyres

As spotter said, the 26" one work as well as the 700c 60mm one too (the latter work with 650b 2.3 Bigone tyres).

I don't think they're what you're looking for but for completeness sks Al 56mm would do it

I am using 60mm x 26" SKS Bluemels on 2.0" x 27.5" wheels on my cargo bike

Not exactly the type of bike for mudguards.

Tires don’t look seriously off road, so why not fenders?
