I know this is a bit predictable coming from me when regarding Omega but I couldn’t disagree more with regards to Aqua Terra / value for money .
It stacks up alongside datejust 2 all day long , for less money.
Tudor is lovely but not in the same league as the master chronometer movement . We see more Tudor warranty returns than omega.
All personal taste but the aqua terra is a more elegant watch than the datejust 2 whilst being more water resistant at the same time .
Yeah the price is definitely too high in my opinion, think it would do better sat around the £3800 mark to get more sales against the Speedmaster, not knocking the spec as you say but I think people automatically see what Tudor and Rolex are offering for comparison at that price point.
I do like the almost graphical sharpness to it. When Patek released the Aquanaut in white gold with the green dial, I thought that the Aqua Terra would look nice in a similar colour and thats pretty much what they've gone for.
Ive said it before, I think Omega bracelets are a big letdown for the brand. Think I would buy it on a strap to be honest.
Messing about on Photoshop, think this would be a great addition to the Tudor colour range.
