    Can we talk meal prep- what do people tend to do for a week?

  • Big dhal/curry with veg. For lunch I’ve been making a big quinoa salad with fresh veg in it and sometimes tofu on the side. I like making tomato sauce for pasta in batches but it doesn’t feel like it has a lot of protein/healthiness in it.
