You know...where you make a cheese [for us, cheese alternative] sandwich and dip it into tomato soup and its really great? Is it just me that does that?
Big dhal/curry with veg. For lunch I’ve been making a big quinoa salad with fresh veg in it and sometimes tofu on the side. I like making tomato sauce for pasta in batches but it doesn’t feel like it has a lot of protein/healthiness in it.
