Oh, FFS. As I am the OP let me clear this all up: They are all Scooby-Doo villains.
First one is Mr Smyth, the fairground owner
Next is Mr Carter, the school janitor
Last is Dr Odin, the professor of Nordic studies at Shitkickers High.
