Thinly sliced tofu fried with a bit of light soy sauce and smoked paprika. Could make a batch in 10 minutes that would last a few days. Smash that in some bread with cucumber, salad etc and you're laughing. Second the taifun tofu as well, the smoked seedy one is banging. Out Of This World in the city centre sell it but it's expensive in there.
Any recommendations for vegan sandwich fillers (cold)? Like a good ham or cheese substitute to have with some salad?
