  • And the full build.
    Seat requires adjusting.
New Ti seatpost by Qoroz (Welsh?). Needs Ti bolts if I decide to run with it..
Not sure about the bars. Probably go back to compact.
A couple of ITM Krystal Ti stems coming to figure out reach properly.
Going to keep it threaded most likely. A WoundUp may come in the future.
And de-stickered Zipp 202 on the front.

  • That is a very nice rat. Where did you find the ti chainring bolts?

  • Thanks, appreciated. There's lots going on ebay, just type in titanium chainring bolt and they'll come up. Make sure you read it right and get SS one, not like road ones like I did and had to return them ;) T

  • Ta. More unnecessary bling for the Cannondale :)

  • Bling is never unnecessary ;) just to say I have a set of these chainring bolts in black anodised Ti if they’d be of interest. Just dug them out and they’re in excellent condition. Cheers! T

  • Thanks, I'll hold off as I'm not sure if it's a keeper yet.

  • The WoundUp forks is not a good idea thoses are perfect ! Not fan of thoes black spokes either. In fact it's mostly the black nipples and valves cap that I don't like mutch.

Forma bars, rat white tresorex bartape can be cool!
    Ultimate fixie !!!

  • No worries mate, hope the project works out!

@gaston cheers man, will be holding out on the forks for a good while yet. Too much money and a new roadie beckons ;) I think the wheels are here to stay for the time being, agreed maybe silver spokes etc would maybe be better but hey. I have a set of Royce hubs to black Archetypes which I may trial at some point once I get round to collecting them..

Have a good NY everyone! T

  • The Ti stem collection. One of them has to fit ;)!

  • First day on the bikes since breaking my ankle. Lovely to be on them again. The V1 never fails to disappoint, so much fun and just perfect for city bashing.

  • What sexy bieks do to hot ladies ;)
This bike is insanely fast and twitchy, very happy to have it fixed and back. The 15mm setback seatpost also properly pushes you well over the pedals. A few big changes coming...

  • Also.. In the pipeline..
    Moots Routt RSL 56cm.
    Violet CK HS and BB.
Collecting bits for it. Currently have:
Full Ultegra 8020 160mm disc groupset. Currently mechanical as I got it for a good price brand new. Bike has been spec'd for both mechanical and Di2/Etap so an upgrade will come in the future.
Stans Valor Pro wheelset. From the old Moots
    Extralite thru-axles and stem.
    Ultimate U.S.E. Alien Carbon seatpost
    Enve bars
    Usual SMP carbon seat
    King Ti cages

Feels like ages before it'll be here!!

  • Hey there man.. been out of the forums for a while, but WOW I just caught up with all your drama with the Bishop. DAMN
Glad its all working out now though. As others said.. very weird place to crack.
Good to see its getting maximum usage now.

  • Hey mate. Aye was pretty gutted when it happened but seems to be all fixed and rideable so no complaints. One of those things though, could’ve never have forecast it.
In other news a new steel toolbox ordered for all my bike tools. About time too seeing they lived in multiple bags with holes.
A Carbonice front derailleur clamp for the Moots. Will need to get the matching seat clamp at some point before it sells out.
A full Shimano hydraulic disc drain kit as I don’t want to be left at the mercy of bike shops and have to learn some day..
Dave Yates track frame. Can’t wait, been looking one since I sold my first ever track bike which was a Yates and I’ve regretted it to this day.
Think that’s enough for now, enough pennies spent! T

  • Dave Yates track frame

    Pics please.

  • They will come, it's super tasty ;)
I'm talking to Geoff Roberts about some major changes to it, basically like my ill-fated Argos but better. Even better..Will see how it all turns out.. Watch this space ;) T

  • So bar the above..
Carbonice seatpost clamp ordered for the Moots. Last one I could find online so had to be done.
CK Ti baseplate 1" bought. Figure what's that for ;)
KCNC alloy seatpost yokes bought. As per above..
GR said yes to the Yates presumptions, if it measures up right it's going to be custom and very noice. And the Bishop may have to go after that. Just not the V1.. T
