Hey up, I’m 178cm and usually ride a 54cm frame (probably too small) - this is easily a 54cm long/reach, maybe a little more, but shorter on the height/stack side of things - thus my comment on a zero drop stem and some nice wide risers and perfecto. It does have some good stack left on the steerer though.
Definitely the right size for me as the size up is just way too long.

How tall are you mate? Would absolutely love to buy this off you but think it's going to be a tiny bit too small unfortunately
