Fairlight is made and painted in Europe, with custom and higher quality tubing, designed by an actual designer ,with lots of custom machined hardware

Brother are made by Maxway, no? Who do Ritchey, Salsa, Surly and the rest. If the tubing's decent (rule out the Surlys), then you'll get a decent frame.
