There are lots more though, these are just the ones I know personally and they never disappointed me.
I'd probably avoid Szimpla as it became so popular and crowded you can barely find a place to sit anymore.
Plus to what DerDieDas said: walking by the Danube can be amazing given the weather isn't horrible. View from Szabadság bridge is cool. Make sure to get up Gellért hill as well, both the day and night view from up there are fantastic. Vajdahunyad Castle is next to Heroes' Square, should be seen as well (it's lit up at night, looks amazing).
And if you have time (and a sunny weather), Margaret Island should definitely be checked out.
