I've built it up temporarily with some components from my other bike.
New wheels will be built with Dura Ace 7600 hubs and H+Son TB14 rims. Crankset will remain, but I'm not so sure about the cockpit.
Still need to change the seatpost with the one with little less setback, so I ordered a Deda Zero100 with 12mm setback. I'm thinking about a black cockpit too, but for now the silver Nitto combo will remain.
Hopefully the Deda seatpost will work fine, so I might consider a full Deda cockpit with drop bars in the future.
There's also a Cane Creek 110 Headset and a Thomson seat clamp.
I was also experimenting with different decals provided by the builder, but will either stick with black or try to print some in yellow or something that will give it a little contrast.

Still work in progress...
Added Thomson finishing kit, I'm pretty happy with the result, will probably switch with Nitto from time to time.
Still need to print some decals, not sure what color to chose though.

Big fan of that!

Nice - that frame is lovely, looks good with the silver finishing kit, but suits the shape of the Thomson... silver Thomson?

Both builds are blisteringly cool, I think the silver decals work best in the way they compliment each of the cockpits.

Thanks everyone!
@mcJ78 Yes, I thought about silver Thomson, I bet it would look sweet, but I desperately wanted a black kit, since I already have one bike with all silver components. Maybe one day it will happen, though.
@rawmeat Those earlier decals are actually gold, although they appear silver on photos. They really looked kinda cheap and flimsy from up close, so I wouldn't have kept them anyway. I have many options in my head about decals, thought about yellow, kinda like mash work, with downtube decal in form of outlines of the logo. I also thought about bright pink or mint colored. Maybe those options would look too Hip Hop. Other options are maybe matte silver or gold, or some pastel tones. Still need to see what foils the printworks offer.
Anyway, I borrowed those wheels from my other bike, those are Dura-Ace 7710s laced to Open Pros. New ones are about to be built with large flange Dura-Aces and TB-14s. We shall see what would suit this bike better.

Here's my other bike, this has now been built up for my girlfriend, as her first fixed gear bike.
Built by the same framebuilder from Moscow, lugged Columbus Cromor, 58x56 ctc. I rode it for the past year, It's very nimble and fun to ride, but I prefer the other, slightly bigger frame, so this one goes to my girl. She's long legged, so it fits her nicely, but with a slightly shorter stem, as pictured. I must say that she's very excited and loves this bike.
Components are as follows:
Dura ace 7710 NJS hubs laced to Open Pros
Campy Record Pista cranks and bb, 48t Campy chainring/18t EAI cog
Nitto s83 seatpost, Selle Italia Flite Titanium saddle,
Nitto Pearl 8 (90mm) stem, Nitto B260AA bars with Yoshida grips,
Dura Ace 7410 headset, DA 7800 front caliper with tektro leverCheers,
Boro

Both lovely bikes. Think the yellow graphics really set off the Strela paintwork.

Thanks, but I actually removed those yellow graphics. Something was just off about them, just didn't work for me. I know I'm a jerk constantly replacing decals, If any of those were just lacquered over, I would probably settle with whatever I got. So the search continues...

looks great!
Here's a project I'm currently working on.
I bought the frame from a Moscow based framebuilder who runs the Strela Bicycles workshop. The man was the founder and worked for another Moscow workshop, called Moskvich.
Among others, he builds this type of frames, inspired by Cinelli Laser.
This particular one is made of Columbus Cromor tubes and Campagnolo dropouts.
