Who owns the design?
Would it be worth setting up a club with NoPinz, minimum order is 1 and buyers can configure most things including number and size of number pockets.

Unfortunately... they don't do a summer cap :(
edit: hmm trickier than first anticipated, there is a £100 setup fee. Good value considering they help you setup the design but a bit tricky for lfgss.
