I have done a lot of shouting over the past five years, so they don't go near it.
Except for just now when one lightly brushed it and looked full of remorse. First strike, no shouting

I'm moving and have five and a half of these shop-quality double mounts to sell.
They fit quite nicely against a wall too. No drilling required to get a stable fit even for heavy bikes.
You can grab one or all of them in E10 7PD.
I have fit four broken down in a large Ortleib bag to give you an idea of weight.
£20 for the doubles
£10 for the single mount oneTa!
Edit
BTW
The allen heads are imperial. Most hardware shops or eBay sell the keys or sets real cheap. -

Anyone mounted a bike fully off the ground cycloc etc. on a stud wall?

Best anchor to fit into brickwork on wall?
Renting a store shed from the local council and I can put stuff in the brickwork but can't mess with the concrete base.
Would usually have gone for something from Pragmasis (they were started by some people over on yacf): https://securityforbikes.com/products.php?cat=Ground+Anchors but those all look a bit big for wall mounting.
https://www.bikebracket.co.uk/product-page/green-smile-special-offer is tempting.

Current set up is main shed and ‘shed annex’ to the right. Apparently this needs to be balanced with a ‘shed annex’ to the left giving an east and west shed wing.
Shit just got real

How close can I put these hooks together if I want to hang one bike by its back wheel and one by its front?
Has anyone managed to fit two together in a relatively compact space?
I know I could work this out with some holding up bikes and marking with a pencil but I've got to get on with destroying a cupboard that's in the way first!

These were the type of hooks I meant.
And this is the answer to how close you can have them :

PX have wheel bags fairly cheap at the moment.
A more protected way to store them.

I bought a load of similar hooks from PX when they were cheap. I’ve experimented with a few different arrangements and settled on this. Sadly that’s not space for a future new bike - my mtb needs to go there :-/
Looking at this photo now, I reckon I could definitely squeeze them together a bit and make room for one more hook, but it would make getting them in and out trickier.

Top to tail would help, I think
Buy a tandem and a bike stand. Install them in the house. Buy more bike stands for extra bikes.
Very little planning or work involved
