It is. It's the Millennium Bug deferred. The system only has a two column date and originally would have added 1900 to any value. As 2000 approached, rather than properly fix the issue they changed the logic so that 0 to 19 have 2000 added, 1900 is added to any other value. Same problem -only having 2 digits for the date - they just deferred its impact.

I still don’t think it is. For one, I doubt they are using a legacy system so old it had the original millennium bug and secondly, this is an issue with a two digit age value, not a date value.
