Yes. 6 in one room.

I want to hang a couple from plasterboard walls using these but I'm still worried about the whole weight of the bike effectively hanging off a lever.

Those ^ are on a plasterboard stud wall, but the mounts are screwed into the studs behind the plasterboard. The wooden boards do take quite a bit of the load and can help spread the load over the rest of the wall.
