An austerity loco I think, common in the NCB railways.

Browsing that sub is surprisingly irritating!

Yup.
There's a special red circle in hell for people who needlessly circle things in images.

I am blessed with the sort of luck that if I was stood in the middle of an empty sports hall and the lights went out if I even tried to move one step I would trip over one of the painted court lines or slam into a hastily and silently relocated vaulting horse. My family used to each put a bet on a different horse in The Grand National. One year I was persuaded to do the same at work. Being a cynical, superstitious, tight wad my brain went into guilt mode and I secretly chose a third horse (in my head) as well believing that if it won I would have just reason to be pissed for gambling me money away.
All three horses fell at Beecher's. -

It looks as if you had something in your browser/app window that expanded to more detail when clicked on. :That doesn't carry over when you take a screenshot and upload it here.
If not, what joke are we missing?

Possibly something to do with this?
If there was a young white boy with blonde hair, who dabbled in class A drugs, and conspired with a friend to beat up a journalist, would he deport him? Or is it one rule for young black boys born in the Caribbean, and another for white boys born in the US?

Well, that's a moronic question even by Corbyn standards, so it's definitely a meme (Corbyn tries so hard to crowbar eye-catching example into question that he misses the point completely), but his shtick has never cracked me up, and there's nothing funny about an opposition so self-regarding that they forget to put up worthwhile opposition to some obviously egregious examples of populist inhumanity.

It’s a rhetorical question

I thought it was because the pictures should be switched around so they are facing each other.

You appear to have done. It's not an 'eye-catching example', it is if course a rhetorical reference to Johnson himself.
