I bought one of them from Harry and I'm super happy with it. I use it for daily commuting, going shopping at the weekend and transporting my little dog with me and it's perfect. I researched this type of bag for quite a while and had a look at all the other option on your list but none gave me the below combination in one package:
- Expandable
- Secure
- Padded at the bottom
- Weather-proof
- Made in the UK

The bag is super well made and has lots of nice little details to it

i tried to search in the forum but nothing came up, did anyone try this wizard works basket bag?

i'm using a mash front rack with a mash/ile rack bag and i like it very much but sometimes a bag which holds better would be better. so i started to look for basket bags and that wizard works alakazam looks nice. it's a uk company so you probably know more about him than me.
other bags i found: restrap, porcelain rocket, troutmoose, dark realm
edit: it's for a commuter bike, not gravel, not bikepacking, just the usual everyday stuff
