The Apple refurb store is a good place to find upgraded spec configs (e.g. larger SSDs) that don’t exist in other channels.
I’d be pretty suspicious of stuff about these other sellers, whoever they might be. Apple is pretty strict about who they sell new stuff through, and are a big target for fraud and scams.

Is there a good reason to buy a MacBook Air 2019 via the official Apple refurbished store - rather than get it from one of various sellers that offer a brand new one for the same price or even cheaper?
