Surely 1/32 is 32 threads-per-inch? Although that doesn’t seem to be commonly combined with 1/8” diameter.
1/8" is more likely to be the length (~3mm). It was a very small screw.

That's not how it's usually written. The smallest common screw that has 32tpi is a #6, which has a major diameter of 0.138" (that's 3.5mm for remoaners🙂)
