It is not a 1/32 screw, most likely american #1-32 screw .

If such a thing existed, the lead angle would be so steep (about 7.5°) that it would never stay put. #1-64 is the standard coarse pitch.

Surely 1/32 is 32 threads-per-inch? Although that doesn’t seem to be commonly combined with 1/8” diameter.
