OK, just making sure I knew exactly what it was you were never going to find 🙂
I don't even know what 1/32" is, unless they had custom screws made which just makes it worse, but the nearest thing to a 1/32" major diameter thread in regular use is #000-120 (actually just over 1/32"). You'll be lucky to find one at all in the UK, if you do it will be expensive per unit, and most likely you'll have to buy 100.
TL;DR: Get Wolftooth to send you one, that way you know it will fit and it will be cheaper.
