The Prince in Stoke Newington has an upstairs room that's out of the way, toilets on the same floor, and they do Sunday lunch.

Good shout. I spent a very pleasant few afternoon there on new years' day smoothing out the hangover.

@Mishk this is a top suggestion. It's my go to for Sunday lunch, it's very good, they do platters with a whole bird, and I've seen big tables with many kids on many of my visits.
You can book too.
Upstairs is a good shout.
