Recently got this off of ebay and plan to do a restoration to make a classic randonneur. I'm loving the direct mount centre-pull brakes.
This was a Japanese domestic market model from the 70s to 1982, the idea was the bike was a system around which the buyer had a lot of options to spec the bike to their needs, i.e. brake type, drop outs, racks, luggage, etc.
Once I get the frameset I'll assess the condition of the paint and decide if it needs a respray
