Some kind of file & sand paper to neaten things up?
File wrapped in fine sandpaper is indeed good for the straight bits. If you have a socket set, wrap a socket in sand paper for inside curves e.g. wheel arches and it’ll make a neat job. A Dremel with a big diameter drum sander also works if you have one.

Reckon you build a Sand Viper in the time it took me to do a basic cut out of the Egress body and cowl.
