Looking to sell what was an emergency 'stopgap bike' after my prior bike got stolen - will have a new roadie shortly and don't have space for 2 bikes in my pokey London flat, so this Italian beauty has to go!
Only owned it for a month or so, and don't know much about it, but from what I can work out...
Columbus SL Tubing
Cinelli stem and handlebars
Campag headset
Shimano RX100 groupset
Schwalbe Active line tyes - barely seen any use by the looks of things
Mavic Module E2 wheelset
White/gold San Marco Rolls saddle
According to the prior seller, 'The bike was assembled by the renowned Italian bike builder, Gellini, for a professional racing cyclist, using a custom Columbus SL frame.' No idea who Gellini is but it has eyelets for a racing number so that checks out!
Groupset and wheels are in great condition. Frame is structurally great with some surface rust spots and some touch ups, but nothing serious.
Looking to recoup what I paid - £250 - which feels a great price for a bit of Italian steel.
Bike can be viewed in SE1, or SE21 with a bit of notice.
