I have fallen of, but I would hardly say I've crashed it.
I've slipped off on some muddy leaves!The fact is, the design isn't really fit for purpose. If indeed you can break them as easily as I have (with small slips off the bike) then it's not really robust enough.
I can accept that snapping them off is ultimately my fault, and live with the consequence. However the fact the powermeter stopped working (now working again oddly!) was my issue with them.

I wouldn't. They know the types of conditions these things will be used in and should design accordingly. Doesn't look fit for purpose. If you've used your bike as intended and their component has failed in normal use, I'd ask them to do better than they have. Call them out.
Is this the result of crashing it?
If not, P2Ms response is, on a good day, disappointing.
