P2M finally responded to me... I accept it broke, but really its a bad design for MTB, said I can pay for replacement. The issue is the powermeter now doesn't send power data. So I am left with a paperweight.

Sorry, but this is not repairable.

You have two options:

1. You send it back and order a crash replacement , here you have to pay 290,-€ add. shipping for a new p2m system.
