Joke of a company, but standard procedure - I once had some sunglasses 'delivered', with the signature forged. I did find the package in my mailbox - empty. That was also Hermes, back in Switzerland though.
In any case, complain to Wiggle, not Hermes. You paid to have your item delivered, and you did not get it.

Just received a text telling me my Wiggle order was delivered by Hermes and signed for by myself. No parcel anywhere and a signature that's noting like mine is offered as proof of delivery on the tracking link. Nothing at the neighbours either. Joke of a company!
